Cosmic Cool Creations offers web design and digital strategy services through a subscription-based model. All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for any unused portion of your subscription term.

If you believe a billing error occurred or were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at info@cosmiccoolcreations.cc. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at our discretion.

Cosmic Cool Creations reserves the right to modify pricing for our services or individual features at any time. Any changes will apply to your next billing cycle, and we’ll make every effort to notify you in advance.

In the event your access is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other valid grounds, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining subscription period.

We are not responsible to you or any third party for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of any part of our services or features. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the terms explicitly outlined in this policy.
